This building has a distinct history, originally the old Sutter's Milk House, and most recently operated as Wallick Post & Lumber, Inc. It is now ready for a special use again. Also, formerly the Republican Headquarters, it offers ample space for more than one use at a time. Decent parking in back, roof was redone on back of building over workshop area, new flashing, capped the outer wall, new gutter on back. New furnace on east part of building, but no A/C on that side. West side front office has suspended gas furnace and zoned heating & cooling. West side shop area has suspended gas heater and can be cooled with a window air conditioner. 14' Overhead door in west side shop area, the ceiling extends an additional 3' above the aluminum ceiling. 263 & 265 have separate gas & water.
