Perfectly sized all timbered hunting tract just a few mile outside of town! This super secluded property enjoys access via a rarely used spur of N Cherry St. and is located just west of Hunley Creek. A lowland bog area in the south eastern corner of the property is part of a 10 acre swamp that holds water year round. Numerous wood ducks and teal, along with pileated and red headed wood peckers were seen during our visits to the property.
